Altura 27 is a real estate development in Wallisellen, Switzerland. We built a custom website to showcase the property and help potential buyers explore apartments online. The units have all sold now, and the site has been taken down.
The Project
Real estate moves fast. We had roughly ten seconds to make a good impression before someone clicked to the next listing. Altura 27 needed to feel premium without being slow.
The site had three jobs: let buyers actually see what each apartment looked like, load fast enough that they wouldn’t leave, and work on whatever device they happened to be holding.
What We Built
Interactive apartment explorer
Static floor plans are dead on arrival. We built animated isometric views so buyers could click through and get a sense of each unit’s layout and feel before scheduling a visit.
Performance
The site runs on Next.js. Load time matters when people are browsing between property viewings or sitting in a parking lot on their phones.
Fully custom branding
Design, colors, and typography were built from scratch specifically for Altura 27.
Responsive
Works properly on desktop, tablet, and mobile. One build, one experience regardless of screen size.
SEO and UX
We wired in structured data so search engines could read apartment specs directly from the markup. Navigation was organized so visitors could find what they needed without clicking around aimlessly.
Results
The site generated leads. Buyers could explore apartments in detail before contacting sales, which meant inquiries were already qualified by the time they reached out.
All apartments have sold.
