IMMOMENU is a Swiss real estate broker that came to us through a referral. They needed a new website and a web app that would let potential sellers see exactly what they were paying for and how much they could save.
The Project
Real estate broker fees are opaque. Most sellers have no idea what services they are actually buying or what they could do themselves. IMMOMENU wanted to change that with a restaurant-style menu concept: pick the services you want, skip the ones you don’t, see the savings in real time.
We worked with their design agency to turn that concept into a working product.
What We Built
Interactive quote builder
Sellers enter their property value, then select which tasks they want to handle themselves and which ones the broker should take care of. The app calculates the custom quote and the savings instantly. No calls, no back-and-forth, no surprise fees later.
Fully custom Next.js application
The site and the quote tool are built from scratch in Next.js. No templates, no off-the-shelf calculators. Every interaction and every number is custom.
Design collaboration
We partnered with the customer’s design agency to implement their vision. We handled the technical execution and made sure the app behaved exactly as designed.
Analytics and ads consulting
Beyond the build, we advised on Google Ads and Google Analytics setup. The goal was to understand where traffic came from and whether visitors were actually using the quote tool or dropping off halfway.
Results
The quote builder gave potential sellers a concrete reason to choose IMMOMENU over competitors who hide their pricing. Visitors could see the numbers themselves, which meant the sales conversations that did happen started from a place of trust rather than skepticism.
